« This is a great location and beautiful house. Plenty of room. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Secluded spot yet close to town and Sunday River Ski Resort. Game room, hot tub and fire pit were perfect to keep everyone in our group occupied and relaxed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future. »

« We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again! »

« Great long, quiet weekend away that we were looking for. The hosts had the home decorated for Christmas, with a tree and all. Cozy fire, glass of wine, a board game, and amazing mountain and sunset views, truly nothing better. We will definitely be back. »

« We stayed here for a minimoon after our wedding and it was perfect. We made good use of the hot tub, grill, and loved the sunset view every night. We loved the convenience of the location. Very comfortable beds as well. Mike was super responsive when we had questions »
