« Cute little place! 30 minutes from San Francisco Pier 39 area. We easily got an Uber for travel. Nice neighborhood with a market within a 15. walk. Definitely enjoyed the stay here! Note: the bathroom door knob needs updated. If you shut the door all the way. You get locked in the bathroom and cannot get out. »

« Great place for the working traveler. All amenities and features are as perfectly described. And the location was super convenient, close to downtown San Carlos and Redwood City, and even not too bad of a drive to San Francisco. Both Ela & Matt were great hosts, extremely responsive and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. Best of all, they gave me outstanding recommendations for local restaurants, the best of which was Varam Indian! Will be returning the next time for a work trip. »

« Place was perfect for party of 3, very comfy king bed and above average sleeper sofa. Nice sheets too. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean/nice (water pressure was phenomenal). Air conditioners/heaters worked well, nice sized tv with typical streaming options. Bikes came in handy (cool beach cruisers). Was able to do late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Good communication from owner before and during stay. Will book again next year. »

« We had never visited Alameda before and were thankful to find a lovely spot to explore the area. If the weather had cooperated we would have enjoyed the lovely outdoor spaces at the cottage. The cottage itself was great for 2 adults (the bathroom was accessed through the bedroom). The kitchen is large and updated. The living room is also large, but could use more comfortable seating. »
