« The location/proximity to the parks and restaurants was ideal. Management was responsive to all inquiries/concerns pertaining to cleanliness, and we appreciated the quietness of the complex. Something to note: There is only one charging station for the complex and it is not compatible with a Tesla. We loved having a Publix within walking distance and the unit was spacious. »

« The room was spacious and clean, and the location is excellent—close to major attractions like Universal, Disney, and shopping areas. The only minor issue was the plumbing in the master bathroom; after a shower and a few flushes, there was a noticeable sewer odor. Additionally, having more bath towels available would have been appreciated. Overall, though, it was a great stay! »

« The property was ideal for five of us. Its location ideal for Seaworld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove, all within 10 minutes. Magic Kingdom was less than 30 minutes and once you get your bearings, easy drives. The pools on property were spacious but quite busy when we were there. Having a grocery store, coffee shop along with burger bar, sushi spot, NY Pizza all within three minutes and you don’t have to leave the complex. »

« The property met expectations. The space functioned well for me and my adult sons, notwithstanding the need to run to Publix to buy necessities (facial tissues and hand soap), and an under-supply of other items (paper towels). Favorably, property management was very responsive.Unfortunately, scowls from a neighbor as we departed marred the experience. Most were quite friendly. This person was the polar opposite. »

« This home was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay Reserve. Upon our arrival, we had a minor mishap in gaining access through the keypad. An email was sent and another keypad code was issued. Allowing us access to our home away from home. The temperature was a bit stuffy, but the aroma was fresh and welcoming.
