'My family stayed in this lovely apartment for 4 nights. It’s a very unique and historic property with beautiful decorations. It was very quiet - we loved stepping into the quiet courtyard and it was a peaceful oasis. The location is incredible - in the heart of Les Marais which is our favorite neighborhood in Paris. There were dozens of cafes and bakeries within a few blocks. We walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre and the D’Orsay through picturesque streets and beautiful parks.'

'Marcello’s place is perfectly located, walkable to many of the amazing places Paris has to offer. Marcello is readily available as needs arise and even arranged our transport to the airport upon departure. Additionally, groceries, cafes, and pharmacies very near by. It is a large unit with room for 6 comfortably, with the master bedroom boasting a king size bed. A rooftop garden, fully equipped kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, makes it a lovely location for families. I highly recommend this VRBO...

'Ottima, qualche problema di notte con il rumore degli inquilini degli alloggi adiacenti per il continuo via vai. Inoltre la pressione dell acqua deve essere rivista. Poca acqua impossibile da miscelare. Mancano gli attacca panni/armadio con qualche miglioria l alloggio è Molto consigliato '

'I would highly recommend staying here. It is right off the Rue Cler market, and surrounded by great restaurants and easy access to transit. Vénie is a great host, you can’t go wrong!'

'Very nice property in a very fun part of town. Many cafes and restaurants nearby and super easy access to the metro. The owner was very nice and helped with our stay. The 10th is an interesting, provincial part of Paris. Cute place and reasonably priced- The only caveat is for taller people w lowish ceiling on the stairs. '

'Foi tudo satisfatório na hospedagem, tivemos um pequeno desencontro de informações para pegar a chave, mas o atendendente (sr. Isaac - Ibis Styles) foi muito prestativo e paciente. No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente...

'Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!'

After booking a stay two months in advance, we were on the road to Paris when we received a notification that our reservation had been canceled. The host had double-booked the accommodation and, incredibly, failed to notice or resolve the issue until it was far too late.We were left stranded with no place to stay in Paris, forcing us to scramble for alternative accommodations at the last...

'Prijs / Kwaliteit super! Metro dichtbij. Een super leuke wijk met overal leuke straatjes/winkels. Veilig parkeren kan je bij Indigo doen. Appartement klein voor 4 personen maar als je er weinig bent prima te doen. '

"Hotel was nice, room was ‘ok’, but not really worth the high price in our opinion. Small details, eg. broken waterboiler, no coffee pads, candy and food leftovers from previous hotel guest under the beds and in the armchair was not what we expected from a 5 star hotel room."

"Schone kamers, alles wat je nodig hebt is er, het ontbijt (in buffetvorm) heeft meer dan genoeg keuze, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is op loopafstand van het Gare du Nord en perfect gelegen voor wandelingen door de stad (de meeste attracties zijn op loopafstand, en anders heb je nog het prima metrostelsel). Wat dit hotel uniek maakt: de inrichting is echt subliem, over elk detail is nagedacht, het zit tjokvol kunst, pop-art, verwijzingen naar strips etc., dat moet je gewoon een keer gezien hebben. En de eigenaar is buitengewoon aardig en betrokken bij zijn klanten. In alles is dit een topper!"
