« Beautiful Victorian home that was decorated perfectly for the era! The family was super friendly and helpful! The children were there when we first arrived and were adorable, pleasant and so well behaved! Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies were available when we checked in. Breakfast was really good. They served warm homemade muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee and more! My husband and I were very pleased and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. »

« Perfect time away with family! A great unique little spot that had all the comforts of home. I couldn’t believe how well the space was sectioned off - and even a large fridge and a 5 burner stove! We enjoyed sitting outside under the pergola for our meals. A wonderful get away! My kids loved playing “bus driver” to let us in and out of the vehicle. Great experience all around. »

« Property was as described, older cottage and clean. In a very quiet neighborhood up the road from the National Park Sandstone Visitors Center. There was quite a bit of train activity, up to 6 passes in the middle of the night. We knew about it from other reviews and it didn’t really bother us. We woke up and fell back asleep. »

« Just what we were looking for. Met all of our needs. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with cheese and crackers and a cool refreshing adult beverage and watching the New River go by. Very convenient location to Sandstone Falls.
