'The property is amazing to relax and stay there. If you are looking something like this, it is the right place. The beach is amazing, service incredible and rooms perfect. The only thing is that they do not mop the floors daily, there was a lot of dust under the beds and the lamps were full of dust too. The balcony was really dirty. However, if you want to explore the island, you will want to rent a car or stay more like in San Juan or Condado or Isla verde. The only observation we have for the...

'Lovely resort but our room wasn’t ready and check in time (4pm) and desk clerk wouldn’t tell us how long it would take til we could check in. We went back an hour and a half later and room still wasn’t ready. Tired from a very long day of traveling, we asked to talk to a manager who kindly found a room we could check into. An unpleasant start to an otherwise lovely stay.'
