« Stayed only 1 night but enjoyed the stay very much. The room was beautiful. Loved the kitchenette. Some of the desk people could use some extra training. Most of the employees I had contact with were very kind and very helpful, however, I did have a couple of interactions where there was no eye contact, no smiles, mumbling, etc. If you work in hospitality, you should be hospitable. »
