« We had a very nice room, were warmly welcomed. Dinner was very good despite the steaks being cold. We’re not told there would be be no breakfast served on Good Friday. I would also improve the sign posting for the drive in entrance. »

« Nicely renovated on the inside. Floor slopes downward inside so that felt a bit strange walking to the bathroom 😂 be careful if you’re a bit unsteady on your feet. Some black mould in bathroom needs removing. Otherwise a lovely little place. Simple, super comfortable bed and pillows. Free parking 😊 »

« The Peppercorn hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. We were staying over on a cycling trip. Dinner was really pleasant, good food and wonderful service. »

« A comfortable stay. Female staff person was lovely, friendly & accomadating Room was a bit outdated, couldnt connect to the Wifi even after id contacted staff about it but over all a good few nights. I would stay again as its a lovely location & more importantly the bed was comfortable for me »

« Stayed at a two bedroom cabin which was a wonderful experience. Check-in was easily done via the office (you need to call them beforehand if checking in after-hours). Highlights: Amazing cabin with everything you need. Vehicle gates for the area. Family friendly with walking/cycling trail nearby. Could get packed in high-season. »

« This proper B and B is absolutely perfect. First the location on a ridge gives stunning views overlooking the river valley and the hills/mountains beyond. Second the luxurious home - private guest suite with comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and a shared lounge in which breakfast was served. Third, the warm and gracious hosts ( and their two Australian shepherd dogs) who have the place perfectly fitted out for guests. And the breakfast was terrific.
