« The positives are that the flat was spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and clean. On the flip side we had big problems with the wifi. It took more than a day after complaining for the staff to provide it for our room. The wifi should have been enabled from the start. Please also work on providing sufficient towels & floor towels for your guests, and add soap to the soap dispensers in the washrooms. »

« The property was in a good location for tourists and was right on the water so the atmosphere was really beautiful. We booked 3 rooms and aside from toilet paper not being in any of them the amenities were good. Two rooms were on upper levels and were comfortable. « I spent a lovely week staying as a guest of Yao in a room behind the Trreehouse itself. My room was on the first floor with a bathroom just opposite. The room had its own little balcony with 2 chairs overlooking beautiful wooded gardens.
