Il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 30 personnes, il est donc parfait pour les réunions de famille, les escapades dans les églises, etc. Reflétant les influences côtières mélangées avec des éléments traditionnels dans un design spacieux, fluide et ouvert, conférant un sentiment de grandeur et d’élégance à la vie à la plage. Spacious beach house
This is a spacious beach house that accommodated 16 guests easily. The property is nice and had everything as described in the listing. There are only a couple of things that made this property not recieve the 5 star rating. The listing stated a commercial sized oven/range, but had a regular size. We were never able to locate the remote controller for the 2nd floor TV, and the house itself is ready for some TLC due to normal weather wear and use. However, for the price point, great communication with the owner/and management company, this property is well worth it. All of our guests loved the property and house, and all stated they would stay here again.

From the listing we thought this property would be a great fit for our stay to celebrate my fathers 83rd birthday. Unfortunately we found several issues upon arrival and during our stay. One main reason selecting this property was the use of the elevator to assist my elderly father up and down to main floor but was not the case since elevator was not working nor listed that it was out of service. We had to clean the property on arrival since cleaning staff left empty beer cans and drinks out on all balconies. Balcony doors on the upper floors were not able to lock. There are two ceiling fans on the main floor that one would not work at all and the second, the fan blades were rubbing the base not allowing use. The oven in the kitchen has a gas leak and we had to ventilate with the oven fans so we could stay on the property. There apparently is or was a lot of water damage in the staircase and one area was patched with sheetrock and unfinished. The top floor had a horrible smell and unbearable to even use the upper floor due to smell. We thought the price paid to stay was fair when booking but after all the issues we had and found on the property, I would not stay at this location again & strongly suggest this property get the much needed attention needed or at the very least update the listing to state all of the listed issues we found while staying on the property. Due to how negative our stay was on this property it would be nice if we could get a partial refund.

Great location, disappointing stay…
The area and the layout of the home were great! We enjoyed being so close to the water and having plenty of space to spend time together. The check in and check out process were smooth as well. The home (I assume) sustained some damage in the summer storms. In the main floor, there was visible mold in the stairway. On the next floor, there was clear water damage to the window trim and exposed Sheetrock. The third floor had a strong odor that resembled pet waste and was significantly warmer than the rest of the house. The bathroom fan didn’t work so the bathroom was uncomfortable stuffy as multiple people showered each day. The quilts had stains. Many mattresses were uncomfortable and had significant wear patterns. The 3rd floor bunk room had remnants from previous guests - fruit snacks stuck on the wall and a stained ball cap. Two bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain during our stay. The oven produced an extremely strong gas odor during use and faint gas smells were noticeable even when not in use. Maintenance did come check it during our stay. Overall, the house met our needs. I do wish an update had been given about the storm damage. Thankfully our party was very patient and flexible but I wouldn’t bring our group here again.

Do not do business with these people.
Booked this property for me and my friends to stay at during my planned bachelor party trip. Unfortunately, Hurricane Beryl happened and knocked power out for the property and the island during the planned stay. One would expect that in such unfortunate circumstances that they would simply offer a refund. Oh no, not these people. To begin, they failed to even inform me of the status of the property up to and including the day of check-in. Very nice! In fact, I wasn’t even given an update about the power coming back on until after the check out date. Now they are wrongfully withholding my over $4,000 for a TWO NIGHT STAY. They said that their phantom “cancellation policy” allows them to keep my money despite the fact they literally could not and did not give me the property because it did not have power. The only remedy they are offering is to give me a two night stay at some other time. Unfortunately for them, I am an attorney and will be holding them accountable for their malfeasance. Just go to a hotel, safe yourself the hassle of dealing with these unscrupulous business practices.

Great Large Family Place But Beware of Stove
We enjoyed our stay very much except for the stove issue. The size of the house and sleeping/bathroom options were perfect for our 29 member family group. The two fridges were great and the kitchen layout worked well for buffet style with our large group. Everything was clean. There were some small cosmetic issues but we didn't pick the house for how perfect and beautiful it was. We picked it for the size and proximity to the beach. The amount of bathroom and cleaning supplies was good. Kitchen supplies were good. My only major issue was the stove/oven. If it had worked correctly I would have no complaints but that stove is a huge safety hazard as well as creating issues for cooking for large groups. There was often the smell of gas even with everything turned off. We worked around these issues to continue cooking the meals we planned and shopped for. It would have been too cost prohibitive to try and eat out. Property management did come look at it but said it could not be repaired during the length of our stay. We would not hesitate to rent this property again if the stove was not a safety issue and inconvenience. Hopefully this can be resolved so we can come back next year. If not, I will not put my family at risk.

Problems with the house
Door from garage to foyer missing knob. Front door second level, sticks. Window cracked. Several cracked or partially missing tile pieces throughout second main floor. Dishwasher on right side does not work. Ovens does not work properly. Main disposal did work. Ceiling fan over kitchen table did not work. Door to third level balcony master bedroom does not lock. Fourth floor bedroom off of balcony has musty/mildew smell (did not use). Fourth floor difficult to cool off. Internet did not work at all TVs did not work due to lack of Internet Found hair ties and clips under beds and couches upon arrival. Balcony’s need sanding (very rough). Multiple blinds missing pull string to close fully and covered in dirt. Several nails and screws exposed or sticking out from steps. Outside paneling missing (probably from storm). Mold on outside outlets and overhangs.

Great for large groups!
Beautiful home with quick easy access to the beach. Not too far from center of seawall action about a 10 -15 min drive. Lots of steps so not ideal for elderly or disabled people. Lots of dishes and glasses. Many items to bake with but only one large pan and one small pan for stovetop cooking. A couple of pots. Absolutely love all the bathrooms. The rooms are extremely nice. The balaconies are great for sitting outside and you have a decent view of the water. Will love to return if we have another large group.

BEWARE
This home should be BANNED from being rented. The amount of issues the home has is uncalled for. Many have been pointed out by Previous renters and have not been resolved. So bad that five years ago a YouTube video was posted about the home and since then the deterioration and wear and tear has gotten worse. Broken windows, doors don’t close, balcony flooring is faulty, dryer didn’t work (we had to repair ourselves) exposed nails on guardrails, indoor stairs are faulty, fridge does not cool…. It was not a home that should be charging this amount of money to be rented out. The neighborhood and surrounding homes were well kept, it was this home that looked completely beat up and not taken care of by the owners. I sent detailed pictures to the host, pointing out the faults this home, but many others had also done this in the past and to my surprise none were fixed. Neighbors told us many complaints have been made but the home keeps going down hill. Very sad, this once was a beautiful home, now it’s just upsetting to arrive to find so many issues specially when it’s not a cheap home to rent. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Great location but property is showing wear and tear
We were in town for a baseball tournament with several families. House was in a great location and host was excellent at communicating, but house is showing a lot of wear and tear. The 3rd floor smelled like cat urine and the oven racks were not secure in the oven and came crashing out when we tried to remove a pan. Towels were frayed/stained, one window was broken, and paint is chipped/peeling in many places.

Amazing
Most beautiful detailed home we have ever rented. Beds were comfortable, had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Multiple emails giving us details and making sure we had all we need. Home is huge every floor has tall ceilings, detailed crown molding and balconies . Wonderful experience and look forward to return.

Was once so pretty
Maintenance is missing badly. Floors were filthy and the stove is dangerous. Windies don't close, outside doors aren't secure. It's spacious and was once beautiful. Not anymore. It's large enough for our grouo, but the furniture is even breaking. It makes us sad, as this has been pur favorite location.

This a really nice house in a great neighborhood with a conveniently short walk to the beach. The house is huge and had more than enough beds f or my family of 13 people. We rented the 2 seater kayak and flat tire bikes and they were a blast to use. Thank your for accommodating us. It was a great stay.

Great for large groups and families
We had a wonderful stay at this property with our group of 11 adults and 8 babies (all under the age of 3!). It is a prime location for families with a quick walk to the beach and lovely views. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was key for our group. We had a local hibachi vendor come and set up dinner outside in the ground floor on our last night and the space was perfect for it. We did arrive to a broken door handle to the main deck that we had to lock from above due to the children, but other than that, everything was in working order. Management was also very quick to respond to any and all queries we had. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Booked this house for a family trip. House was bigger and nicer than expected from looking at floor plans and pictures! Response time was fantastic!! When we arrived a smoke alarm was beeping, I reached out and they had someone there to change the battery before the rest of my family arrived! I would definitely rent this house again!!
