« This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

« The property was wonderful to be right on the pond with so many amenities. The kids loved swimming all day and we were able to take the paddle boat and kayak out! It’s a beautiful and quiet pond. We loved the deck space and rocking chairs. The inside was what we expected but would have loved updated sheets, more than one towel or if the listing had said no towels we would have brought some. « Great location to Freeport shopping. Very clean and responsive staff and management. Fun for families with children. We would have liked more room inbetween cabins, but otherwise would highly recommend. »

« We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. »

« This cabin is in such a great location! Steps away from the water with kayaks, floats and paddle boards provided. We even saw a bald eagle soar across the ski while floating in front of the dock! The host Braden was extremely accommodating to us and promptly answered all the questions I had. »

« Todd’s home is in a lovely location and well outfitted with activities to keep everyone busy and happy. We swam, swung, had a water gun fight, played volleyball, and watched a movie outside with a fire. It was a GREAT spot! »
