« The place was great for what was needed — I was traveling back to Central Kentucky to spend Thanksgiving with family. Was able to use the kitchen for cooking full meal and have room to visit with family — the grounds were great and gave ample space to quietly reflect in the middle of horse country. »

« The house was even better than the pictures! The game room area was perfect for our family, even though it was in the 20-30’s outside they had overhead heaters to warm ya up! The bunk-beds were a huge hit for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need and then some! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms - which was a great surprise!!We will definitely stay here again when we come visit family. »

« We drove 7 hours and were met with a locked gate. We booked this house way in advance and recieved a confirmation letter with the address. When we arrived we couldn't get in, nor could we get ahold of anyone. We were stuck on the side of the road for over 2 hours trying to find a place to stay. »

« Location was as expected as we knew the area. It’s on a farm and has outdoor space for kids to run around. The basement has the air hockey and billiards, but the pictures appeared it was more finished. House was accommodating and had enough space for the time we were not visiting family. The house had a sulfur smell that was a bit overwhelming when entering each time. Overall was fine and as expected for a farm house. »

« The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. There’s a nearby bakery the outstanding in very easy walking distance....

« The house was fabulous. It was old, big, beautiful and clean; full of character. It was nice to have a pool table, slot machine and an assortment of games to play. The host provided snacks, coffee, water, shampoos & conditioners. Anything you'd need. The house was five minutes from Buffalo Trace and downtown Frankfort. The only downside was the neighborhood. It is very run down, but we felt COMPLETELY SAFE. Side note - Goodwood had great food & cocktails and so did The Stave. »
