Everything was basically as we expected. The hosts live in the other attached unit and we would see them occasionally in the shared outdoor spaces. They were incredibly nice and fun to talk with. The unit was clean and met our needs. You step out the front door and you can see the beach! Great location!!

What I thought would be a vacation turned into a nightmare
The property manager doesn't get in contact with you they have roaches and scabbies the next door neighbor is not kid friendly I wasn't able to get into my house on time they were 3 hours late which is horrible since the house wasn't even cleaned all the way never again will I go through vacasa VRBO or use this house ever again

This property is a fantastic location. It's a short walk to the beach/broadwalk. The cleaners didnt finish until after check-in time. We had a problem with the key not being available and had to wait for the owners to come home. The unit itself was dated and somewhat shabby (bathmats not fresh, shower curtain mildewed,etc)

Great Location!
Overall, we had a great experience staying here! You cannot beat the location, as it is just a short stroll to the beach and broadwalk. John and Inga are very nice people and very accommodating. The only drawback that we experienced was the A/C in the smaller bedroom could have been better, as it seemed to always be warmer in that room versus the rest of the unit. We would still highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Hollywood Beach area!

Great location
Great place to stay within an arm’s reach of the boardwalk and beach. Very spacious, clean and quiet. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards was a bonus! The shady backyard patio was beautiful and perfect for morning coffee. Our hosts were very sweet and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

The backyard was amazing, tropical feel and you can grill and listen to live music as you make your dinner. House was clean, stocked with dishes,pots and pans and some supplies. The owners are so kind and friendly, they we're there with any guestions you had. There is a grill, beach chairs,umbrellas and boogie boards to take to beach that is shared by all 3 units . Beautiful place to stay and relax!!

We all could have not been more impressed with the property and our stay. It was our first time coming to Hollywood Beach and didnt know really what it was like. WE LOVED IT. The owners were so great - even gave us coffee and creamer the first night as we arrived so late to go out and get an groceries for morning. We have already decided we are going back next year!!!!

Great Family Birthday Getaway
The property is just as listed. No surprises await. Very clean and SOOOO close to everything including the beach. The owners are super sweet. It was my spouse, myself and 2 boys ages 25 / 14. The space was perfect for all of us we rented both sides. If I would add anything it would be at least 2 beach chairs since we flew. The beach towels were supplied and very nice but chairs would have sealed the deal. The only other item is pictures show a grill outback but there is no grill might want to update for those cooking on site. The outdoor back patio is peaceful, private and perfect for late night wine and early coffee. We will book again and tell friends. Thank you

Great stay for small family
Location couldn't be better to enjoy the beach and the boardwalk. We loved grilling out on the patio and being able to wash the sand off in the back before coming in from the beach. The two units were perfect for our group allowing my in laws to have their own space and entrance. Only thing that could be improved was better/more seating in the living room so we could all lounge and enjoy a movie at the end of the day. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun fourth of July stay
Very much enjoyed our short stay here at Bella Vista. Just steps from the beach with a sweet private yard in the back. This is the quieter end of the strip with fewer bars and restaurants -- you need to walk 10 minutes or so south to be in the heart of things. We rented both the 1brm and the efficiency, which was great for our party of five. The futon is in the one bedroom (not in the efficiency), and could sleep two if needed.
