« We loved the property. Outside was beautiful and my children enjoyed it. There was someone for my 8 and 10 year old to play and my 15 year old to enjoy being outside and reading. Inside was nice. I liked that both of the lots were connecting but still gave us our own space. The kids liked being able to have their own side. We also like the idea of the guest book and seeing how long it has been going. Wish we could hsbe stayed more than one night. We definitely would like to come back. »

« Checking in and arriving, I found the place to be exceptionally clean with everything I needed and the host was very responsive to my questions. Even with other guest on the site, it was very quiet. The backyard was very open and inviting with a covered area, which was great to hang out in. The internet available worked as expected. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Alpine and I would also recommend it to others. »

« We really enjoyed staying in Loft4. It was convenient to walk around town as well as a central location to visit the surrounding area. Even better, because it was late January, we essentially had the place to ourselves. The fenced in patio allowed us to let our two dogs in / out without having to put on their leashes. Communication with the manager was VERY easy and she responded quickly to our questions. We'd definitely stay here again when we visit the Alpine area. »

« We visit Marfa regularly and always stay at EP. We decided to try something different this time and so glad we did! You couldn’t be more centrally located. Walking distance to our favorite places. The renovated historical building is beautiful with tasteful finishes and nice accommodations. Very nice and spacious bathroom (unlike the EP) and host very attentive. Will make this our new place to stay in Marfa. »

« The rooms size was great. Since it's historic it has wood floors, this caused the only issue. We could hear the neighbors walking around. We took our dogs and they were warmly greeted by the staff.
