'This room was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly! Ground floor was very convenient. The unit was very clean. The hot tub and pool were wonderful as well! The staff were friendly. We only took away one star due to the bed. The mattress was VERY firm. We did not sleep as well as we would have liked. However, the bedding/mattress was very clean! We would stay here again and hope to get a unit with a more comfortable mattress. We had a wonderful time regardless. '

'Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). '
