'We kozen dit motel vanwege de hoge waardering. Waar die op gebaseerd is , is totaal onduidelijk. We werden vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen, maar de kamer bleek ontzettend gedateerd. De indruk wordt gewekt dat er een bar en restaurant in het motel zijn, die zijn er niet maar gelukkig wel op loopafstand. '

'Chill and comfy place to stay for the night. Especially if visiting the fossil beds ! I came with a friend but would feel safe solo too. Owners were super nice ! There’s a bar right next door and a cafe which good drive thru breakfast right down the street within walking. Found a hair in the pillow and a stain on the blanket so only reason it’s not a 5, but it wasn’t a big deal to me personally ! '

'The staff were extremely friendly! She helped us find a spot to park our UHaul Sind they didn’t have truck parking and gave us a little welcome card with information. They do allow pets with a grass area a small walk from the motel. We got there at 7 on a Sunday so most places were closed or close to closing, but they do have a good amount of restaurants and cafes! There is a Safeway an 11min walk from the motel however so we just got food there! They have a microwave and a fridge in the motel...

'The space exceeded the listing description! It was on a beautiful, quiet property. Lots to do nearby or a great landing spot for John Day/Fossil Bed excursions. W e all felt relaxed from the moment we stepped foot on the property. It is clean, quiet, secluded and thoughtfully managed. We also appreciated the guestbook where we got a lot of great recommendations from past visitors. '
