'Everything about our stay at Brittany’s cabin, from booking through checkout was great! She is a great host and communicator. This cabin was just adorable and perfect for us and our two young grandchildren. The location is very convenient to Marrienville for access to stores and some nice restaurants (Bettina’s italian was great!). It ia about a 15 drive to the state park, so really close. 'Great little property to escape the city with someone you love'

'Initially I was feeling disappointed because this cabin backs up to the road and there is a big white house across the street so it didn't feel as woodsy as i hoped, but it was actually a very quiet road and we enjoyed having a camp fire in the yard. The cabin was not unlocked but Brittany came right over and let us in.over and let us in. '

'We had a mostly positive stay at the this cabin. The cabin is small, cozy and seems recently built. When arriving we did not have a comforter on our bed but the owner was able to bring one within a few hours. The backyard was big and the axe throwing and firepit look like a great time, but we got unlucky with a snow/rain storm during our stay. The cabin was pretty clean except for some hair in the shower and a cigarette butt on a window sill. The shower is big and has dispensers for soap but...

'We loved our weekend in the woods at Hemlock Haven. We had a lot of trouble finding the place as our GPS wouldn't recognize the address and it's not visible from the road. The gate threw us off as well because we weren't looking for a gated driveway, (and it was labeled a different number than the cabins address). I noticed this in others comments also, a simple fix would be a message before arrival included w the welcome/renters agreement messaging. Once we found it, we loved its location!...
