Étretat made easy!

Do you dream of discovering the majestic cliffs of Étretat? Our beautiful fisherman's house is for you. Ideally located in the heart of the city center in a semi-pedestrian street in the heart of the courtyard, it's a little paradise. Recently renovated (May 2018), the house is bright, comfortable and absolutely quiet. You will be in the immediate vicinity of everything; car parks, shops and the best local gastronomy. It takes only two minutes to reach the pebble beach. So all in the water!

We stay regularly in our house and welcome family and friends. All the ground floor has been redesigned and refurbished, a new room has been created it includes a toilet, a hand washing, a towel dryer and a washing machine. A fully equipped American kitchen has been installed, the insulation has been reinforced with the installation of a new tile and a new entrance door.

In the courtyard, the garden furniture will allow you to take your meals or to read quietly. In the living room you will find a sofa with leg rest, very comfortable after a getaway on the cliffs! and a flat screen TV 107 cm.

On the 1st floor, a vintage double room equipped with a desk and a new bedding (September 2018). A small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. A single room (bed 1. 20m new also) + baby welcome (crib, high chair, toys ...)
On the 2nd floor, the largest bedroom with a double bed (king size). Beds will be made upon arrival and towels are provided.
The house is decorated with care.

The guide at home is updated regularly, it is full of advice on the activities, news and history of the resort. We also shared all our good culinary plans to avoid disappointment! Tourist brochures are available as well as the house book. In short, it is the ideal accommodation to enjoy the region!

Our house is classified "Meublé de tourisme 2 étoiles" for this reason the tourist tax is 0. 90 € per night (from 18 years). The site is responsible for the amount collected and returned to the tax authorities.

Beautiful place to stay
This location was great, the hosts were wonderful, the property had everything we needed, the walk to the beaches and the cliffs was beautiful. There were Several great bakeries and a grocery store within a 5 min walk. We didn’t need to drive anywhere! We would love to stay here again.

The apartment was great for us, but a small family could also be comfortable. It was an easy walk to the ocean and the beautiful landscapes. Our host was very helpful with instructions and communication. Parking is a but tricky but she had several good suggestions.

This was a really lovely little home in the middle of the town and so close to the shore with great views of the cliffs. The property itself was clean, safe, and well-stocked with anything a visitor might need. Would stay here again if we ever came back and recommend to others as well!0

Petite maison avec tout l'équipement d'une grande
1 chambre avec grand lit sous les combles avec un ventilateur. 1ère étage, 2 chambres avec lit 2 places plus une avec l'équipement bébé. Une salle de bains avec une douche, un WC et un petit lavabo. Rdc grande pièce avec cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et manger en vaisselle et à côté canapé 2 places plus 2 chaises confortables pour voir la tv. Plus un dégagement avec machine à laver le linge, lavabo et WC. Bref très largement ce qu'il faut même pour un long séjour. La maison est juste à côté du centre et à 200m de la plage donc très bien située.

Très agréable maison de pêcheur !
Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Maryline et Thibault ! La maison est extrêmement bien située à Étretat à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des falaises mais aussi des commerces essentiels. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme à la maison, on peut cuisiner comme chez soi, les chambres sont très agréables, la literie est bonne et l'ambiance de la location cosy. La communication avec Maryline est un plaisir ! Nous reviendrons assurément !

Charmante maison en plein centre d'Etretat, idéal famille
Charmante petite maison avec cour privée, située en plein centre d'Etretat, dans une rue calme. Les chambres sont confortables, la cuisine et le salon spacieux et très bien aménagés avec tout le matériel nécessaire, et en bonus un grand four et un lave linge. Toute la maison a été décorée avec soin et beaucoup d'attention, tout pour rendre ce séjour agréable, notamment un précieux book présentant une mine d'informations sur la ville, le nom des rues, l'accès aux sites touristiques. Nous avons pu disposer des clés très rapidement et facilement, un grand merci à nos hôtes et à leur amie de confiance pour un accueil chaleureux et sympathique! Très bon rapport qualité prix, idéal pour les famille avec enfants, nous le recommandons vivement!

Comme à la maison!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge dans la maison de Maryline et Thibault qui est très bien équipée (nous n'avons manqué de rien, même les indispensables bébé y étaient!) et qui est idéalement située dans Etretat pour pouvoir tout faire à pied. Les échanges avec nos hôtes ont toujours été efficaces, et les personnes qui nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée sont tout aussi sympathiques. Nous y avons été en hiver et la maison est très bien chauffée. Rien à redire, encore merci et au plaisir d'y revenir!

Maison typique très agréable et fort bien située à Etretat
J'ai passé une semaine reposante dans cette maison de pêcheur typique et bien aménagée par les propriétaires. Cette maison est située en plein centre de la ville et rapport qualité prix, c'est imbattable. Elle convient à une famille car les propriétaires, Thibaut et sa mère, ont tout prévu. Ils avaient même pensé aux menus détails qui facilitent la vie (mouchoirs en papier, trousse de 1er secours, premier repas). Nous avons été fort bien accueillies et avons même reçu un cadeau de bienvenue. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour une semaine ou une halte près des célèbres falaises.

SUPER VACANCES A ETRETAT
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette petite maison de pêcheur pleine de charme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est très bien située, proche de la mer et des commerces d'Etretat, le stationnement est facile grâce au badge fourni par nos hôtes. Ne pas hésiter à réserver pour passer de bons moments en Normandie.
