« I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...

« This was the nicest place we have ever stayed for $60; we have paid twice that before and not gotten a place this nice. Cleanliness is the biggest thing for me, and there were no issues here. I also appreciate the thick curtains on the window that actually blocked out all the light from the outside streetlights so you could sleep. Bed was very comfortable which is surprising for a hotel bed. There were a few minor things that could use some repair - the trim around the edge of the microwave...
