'Just come back from a week and would highly recommend. Communication with the owner and during check in was excellent! The villa was clean with great facilities for both kids and adults! The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time playing in the lovely outdoor space. Would definitely like to visit again. We were visiting family in the local area but would suggest a car rental to be able to fully explore local attractions. Thank you we really enjoyed it! '

'Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. '

'This well stocked small villa provided a great base for Cala Capitan beach, coastal walks or the main “strip” for the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the strip. The short walk to the beach does require you to walk along a trail that a previous review found difficult - it is a bit like a cart track at certain points, so you do need to be steady on your feet - we carried the beach chair included in the Villa without any issues. 'Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Michaela sehr genossen. Es war für 4 Personen sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch was Geschirr und Küchenutensilien angeht. Der Hauswart Ralf war auch immer sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen oder wenn mal irgendwas fehlte oder nicht so funktionierte. Den einen Stern weniger in der Gesamtwertung haben wir abgezogen, weil die Lage zwar bezüglich Strandnähe super war, allerdings uns als Hundebesitzer doch etwas mehr Grün in der Umgebung gefreut hätte, auch...

'Dit huis staat op een geweldige plek. Als je de achterdeur uitgaat kan je direct het zwembad inspringen en als je door de voordeur gaat sta je praktisch op het strand (1 minuut lopen). Supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen.'
