'The staff and personnel at the property were pleasant, respectful and immediately responded to any needs or concerns. The location was very close to The Great Pyramids of Giza with a clear view from the rooftop restaurant! Room (quadruple) was suitable for a family of four; even though the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Restaurant night captain and staff were exceptional!!'

'Een heel mooi hotel met een fantastisch uitzicht op de piramides. Op dit dakterras met uitzicht wordt ook het super ontbijt geserveerd. We hebben 3 avonden in het hotel gegeten en ook het diner was prima. De kamers ruim en schoon. Het personeel allemaal zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou zeker weer terugkomen. Dank allemaal voor dit fantastische verblijf.'

'Our arrival was very welcoming, due to outside conditions it looked like the hotel was not going to be what we wanted. We were there for sightseeing, not for a hotel. We just wanted the room to be clean and staff attentive, this was met and exceeded. Nadjia and her crew were outstanding, Ahmed was a great host and tour guide. 'Struttura praticamente nuova (all’interno) e molto comoda per visitare le piramidi e il nuovo museo egizio. Camere pulite, servizio di colazione in camera in quanto non sembra esserci stata una sala comune dove poterla fare. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile nel darci i consigli giusti e ci ha fatto anche da transfert da e per l’aeroporto (servizio extra).
