Walk To Town - Beautiful Edgartown House

Walk to downtown Edgartown in minutes while staying in this charming two-story home in the heart of Upper Main Street.

The home's main level offers a well appointed living room with a plush sofa, a guest room with a queen bed, completely remodeled bathroom with large glass shower, newly renovated kitchen with all-new appliances and dining room that accommodates 6. The large fenced in backyard features an outdoor shower, deck with dining furniture, gas grill, and Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings in Martha's Vineyard. The upstairs level features another full bathroom that has been newly remodeled with farmhouse double sink + shower/tub combo, along with a bedroom with two twin beds and a primary bedroom with a queen bed.

You cannot beat the location of this home! You're a short 10 minute walk from Edgartown's amazing restaurants and shops, in addition to a short bike ride to Katama's famous South Beach or Oak Bluff's State Beach. Both easily accessible via the bike paths near the home.

The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. To minimize person-to-person contact you'll be able to check-in via a smart lock with a personalized code for your booking. Plus, our expert cleaning crew is following all current CDC guidelines for making sure our home is disinfected and safe.

GUEST ACCESS
Our guests have access to the entire house! Both the first and second floors, along with access to a portion of the basement where the laundry machines are. In addition, we have a private driveway that can accommodate two cars, along with a large fenced in backyard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
If you're familiar with Edgartown, you'll appreciate that our home is located after the triangle - which is convenient in the height of summer when traffic going into Edgartown can be very congested. Also, since parking can be a pain in downtown Edgartown, you'll enjoy leaving your car parked at the house! Plus the 10 minute walk to town is lovely!

Girls Getaway
We had 5 girls and this house was perfect! Plenty of space and the 2 full bathrooms were beautiful. This had a lovely backyard perfect for taking in all the greenery. The home was walkable to several things around you and into town. Host was very responsive and nice. We would totally stay here again.

Really excellent spot!
This is our second summer vacation at this property and we already booked for next year. This house is the perfect location to walk to Edgartown, Stop & Shop and the meat market are right there and you can hit the bike trail going to state beach/ob or toward katama at either end of the street. The house is clean, comfortable with a living room for movie nights, deck to bbq, fenced in yard to store your bikes and things, laundry, and the beds are really comfortable. Two indoor showers and one outdoor. The hosts are really amazing, so welcoming and super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this spot!

Very nice accommodations in a convenient location
Wonderful property. Well stocked with comfortable beds and furniture. Upgraded bathrooms and large outdoor shower worked well for our group of 6 adults. Restaurants, grocery, and liquor store all a short walk away. The walk to the town center is about 15 minutes and is scenic. Would definitely stay again.

Another wonderful stay!
Our family had another wonderful early summer stay at Claire and Marcos’ home! The house is perfect for our children (ages 3 and 5), who love the backyard, outdoor shower, and sharing the twin bedroom. Well appointed, with all the amenities, and close to everything. We can’t wait to return!

Great MDW family vacation
Took a family vacation over Memorial Day weekend with my family of 6 plus an infant. The house was awesome, updated and had everything we needed. Location was great with just under a mile walk to downtown Edgartown. The yard was spacious and back deck was enjoyed for evening bbq. Claire was a lovely host! Very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

In town event
Our group was in town to participate in the MS bike the island fundraiser. Rental location suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to groceries, some restaurants, and a brewery which was the location for the MS registration and welcome. Home worked well for 6 guests. Bathrooms were beautifully updated, although more towels for bath and kitchen use were needed. Lovely deck/ yard area for relaxing after the event.

Wedding weekend
We stayed at this home during our daughter's wedding weekend. It was so beautifully decorated and light and bright. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! My husband and I stayed at the property with my brother and sister in law to attend a wedding in Edgartown. The property was lovely and we had everything we needed. The property is in a very convenient location - it truly is just a short walk to town. We will definitely stay there again if we ever get the opportunity to come back to Martha's Vineyard.

Late Summer Vacation
We had a great week at Claire's home. A nice 15 minute (with 2 kids) walk to central Edgartown, even faster by bike. Located on a quiet street with lots of privacy from tall front hedges and the large fenced-in backyard (which the kids loved running around in.) Very nice interior and just enough room for our family. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Claire!

Excellent trip!
This property is excellent! Plenty of room for my family of four (2 kids ages 12 and 11). Beds were super comfortable and bedrooms are big with plenty of storage for clothes. House has everything you will need chairs, towels, beautiful new outdoor shower, great backyard, of the kitchen things and no extra clutter. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to downtown or super quick bike ride (although the walk was really nice and enjoyable with the kids) and stop and shop, meat and fish and hardware store are a two minute walk away. You can also hop on the bike trail going to state beach, katama or morning glory farm from the street. Very convenient location!The host is amazing - reached out to see if we got in okay, replied to my questions about booking really quickly and really they have thought of everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. We had an amazing time and have already booked for next season. If you are looking to stay on MV and explore with your family, you should book this house, just wonderful!!

Four of us had a great stay at Claire's property. The house has a great location...walking distance to downtown Edgartown, liquor store and market. We had terrible weather for most of our stay but the house was very comfortable and cozy for all of us. The house was very clean. We cooked in a lot; kitchen is well appointed and stocked. We had a minor plumbing issue when we arrived but within hours, a plumber had taken care of it. Thanks Claire!

Perfect for our family of four
When we arrived at the address, we were excited to be as close as we were to groceries and a pleasant, easy morning walk for me (Dad) to Edgartown for coffee. We were even more excited when we opened the door! The place was bigger than expected, with space to spare for the four of us. Claire checked in immediately after our arrival, no more was needed as the house was the perfect spot for our MV getaway.

Perfect location
My family stayed in Martha's Vineyard for one week in July. We were a 3 generation family that occupied this 2 floor home with 2 bathrooms. The house had all the necessities needed including a grill, linens, well equipped kitchen, outdoor table, and chairs. The hosts also had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels for the 6 of us and an outdoor shower. The house is located near bus stops and Stop and Shop. We were a 13 minute walk into the heart of Edgartown. Our family got the bus passes that enabled us to visit all of MV and the app called Transloc enabled us to track the bus routes. Claire and Marco were attentive to our questions, needs and were the perfect hosts. Our family highly recommend this property.

Perfect in every way
Our family of 4 with two college aged children stayed in this house for 6 days and we had a wonderful time. The house was ideally situated within walking distance to Edgartown. also so close to the bike paths we went biking to Oak Bluffs and South Beach multiple times. The bike rental is within walking distance, as are several shops and restaurants. The house was very roomy with a downstairs bedroom and full bath, and upstairs two bedrooms and full bath. The house itself was thoughtfully designed and the furnishings and finishes appeared newly renovated. The yard was nicely landscaped with a deck outfitted with a dining set and sun chairs. The fence around the yard provided a lot of privacy. Kitchen was fully equipped with almost any utensil you could ask for. There were extra supplies (dish detergent, coffee, paper towels, beach chairs and umbrella, etc). The laundry machine is nice to have so you can pack lightly. Last but not least, the host Claire was fantastic. She responded to questions within minutes and was very efficient. Great experience!
