'Our group gathered in Los Barriles to visit friends and celebrate some birthdays. We loved the house location, with many of us rising early each day to sip coffee and watch the sun rise. The house layout was great for a bunch of adults. Each room was private, but with easy access to the common areas. The hot tub and pool got a lot of use. 'Great place to stay, 4 adults and 4 teenagers had a memorable week. Rooms, pool, kitchen and common areas were all great. Sure the place might need a little TLC, but it was perfect for our needs. The community is on the corridor connecting Cabo San Lucas and San Jose and is not especially walkable (though I did make the 45 min walk into downtown SJDC one day). A car is a must have and the owner might be able to help out with that. There are pickleball/tennis courts at the property. '

A few notes we wished we would have known (but did not deter from our experience at all): -Cabo Pulmo is fully solar-powered community, so you should be prepared to charge your devices during height of daylight only (e.g. 11am-2pm). 'The house is beatiful with everything you need. There is a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, comfortable beds and bedding, washer and dryer, new beach chairs and a gorgeous pool and hot tub. 'Words cannot begin to describe our stay at Casa del Azul. This home is amazing!!! Our host Frederic and his staff truly go out of there way to make your stay is as memorable as possible.
