'This accommodation is located around 15-20 min walk from the "hart" of Moalboal including the closest beach. It is an easy walk, or if more preferred, a motorbike or a tuk-tuk ride. The place was kept clean and tidy and the communication with the staff was very easy. They were very helpful with all the questions I had and one of the receptionists has greatly helped me on my last morning when I was heavily mistreated by some of the scam "taxi services". 'Good: The Oasis is a lovely property, beautiful pool area. Breakfast was great, girl serving it was super sweet. Rooms are simple but spacious and clean. Less than great: 1) I personally would not stay here due to it being a good 15 min walk in blistering sun to get to main town area. You can rent a scooter, but parking in town is not always easy. It was also raining a lot when we were there. It would be better to stay walking distance from the action unless you want complete...

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms are fairly spacious, they serve a variety of tasty breakfast options, and there is a nice pool area. While the hotel might need some updating, it has good AC in the rooms, dependable electricity and good outlets, reliable hot and cold water and comfortable beds. Moalboal, Pangsama Beach and White Sand Beach are not walkable from each other, so I found the hotel’s location...
