« The property is beautiful, very tastefully designed, and new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a bar on property open until 9pm daily. There are 3 gorgeous gas firepits outside that lines the middle of the property and is a very private setting. »

« The rooms were great!! Even though it is located on a busy street, you couldn’t hear much of the traffic outside. The view along the creek makes you forget you are in downtown Gatlinburg. Would stay here again. »

« This hotel was perfect for my family! The location is amazing! The grounds were nicely kept, the room was big and very clean, and or was quiet. The staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful! The parking situation was a bit tight. However, we didn’t leave often because everything was walkable! »

« Very nice! Lots of options for swimming and relaxing in jacuzzi. It had a gym and the 2 bedrooms was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Definitely would go back »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was perfect, the views were beautiful & the staff was very friendly. The trolley made it easy to get back and forth from the strip without having to deal with traffic & parking. My daughter really enjoyed the pool & waterslide! The adults in our group opted not to bother trying to get in the hot tub since it was pretty full each evening we were down there, which wasn’t really a big deal to us, we were just as happy hanging out at one of the tables...

« Overall we enjoyed the hotel & staff, good location walkable distance to restaurants and entertainments. The only problem we had was the bathtub was clogged and toilet overflow. »

« It does have a working gas fireplace in the rooms. I loved that. The staff were very friendly. The property is close to activities, dining and shopping. It was nice not having to get my car out every time we needed to out. Felt very safe there and walking at night. The only small thing I wish they would add is the flooring is some kind of manufactured plank flooring so a rug under the beds would b nice. It made noise when you turned over in the bed. The beds were comfy though. »

"Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one."
