'Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. 'Great style hotel, with beautiful French decor felt like a really classy hotel and such good value. We had a smooth friendly check in although not much about hotel was explained to us so had to work it all out for ourselves. Breakfast was a decent selection and for western guests there were fresh eggs to order and nice fresh bread. 'I stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, don’t expect too much considering the price. The room was just okay, although I hope the shower room can be improved. All facilities are worn out and tired but still at an acceptable level. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I’m not sure why.
