« Probablement le meilleur hotel de BAHIR DAR, tout est beau, le service est vraiment au top et le SPA de trés bonne qualité. Le diner en room service sur la terrasse de la chambre avec le feu de bois dans la cheminée est juste exceptionnel. »

« Bon hôtel près des embarcadères pour le lac Tana et du marché aux vêtements. Wifi pas terrible mais… existant . Le personnel est très efficace et disponible . La navette gratuite pour l’aéroport est un vrai plus . Le restaurant est de bonne facture. En résumé, très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour quelques jours à Baher dar »

« Didn’t have any record of our booking for a second room, but more than made up for it by giving us a family suite instead. Good breakfast. Good location, but the poor design of the hotel doesn’t make the most of it. Small rooms »

« Given the reviews of the BenMas, I expected something better. The rooms were quite small and very warm without a fan. Many of the outlets didn't work. The food was fair, but limited and the dining room & linens rather run down. Overall, the staff did not seem to be able to solve problems or provide solutions without being pressured to do so (not at all my experience in other Ethiopian hotels). The BenMas is affordable, but I will look for other hotel options the next time I'm in BD »

« So far the hotel is very good, service team is polite and helps on all questions. Restaurant and food is very good. Many mosquitos, but help with spraying and antimosquito nets. So, no problem at all. Price is fair. I was not served the offered free bottle of wine as stated in my booking. Room was not with lake view, as stated in my booking. »

« Certes un joli parc à l'écart de la ville mais chambre decevante, vieillote, sombre et mal éclairée ; personnel peu efficace, notamment à la réception, et à l'anglais très médiocre. Prix demandé par hotel.com (90€) beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité et beaucoup plus élevé que le prix pratiqué directement par l'hotel (80 $) !! Une grosse déception. »
