'We loved our stay in McCarthy. The cabin is spacious, clean and has a comfortable bed. Cooking is a bit of an adventure with all the mosquitoes flying around, but the cooking area is well equiped. The bathroom is very clean. Communication with Patrick and Amy was easy, they are very friendly and helpfull. They even met us use their bikes. We would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting McCarthy. The area is well worth a visit!'

'All I can say is WOW! I went to one of the most remote towns in Alaska and stayed in the nicest VRBO ever! Kelly was an amazing host as a long time resident of McCarthy. He picked us and all of our gear up at the footbridge and drove us to the house. The house itself is beautiful and very well laid out with 1 main floor bedroom and a full bath and 2 large bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen sized beds, a daybed and 1 futon. Even the futon is really high quality and all beds have memory foam...
