« Upon check-in we were given room in building A which was a huge disappointment. The room and the furniture looked as though it hadn't been updated for decades. I would describe it as musty, as though nobody had occupied that room for weeks, maybe months. Also, after many attempts to use the TV, it did not work. « 2h30 pour récupérer la clé de la chambre car après 18h il n’y a plus personne à l’office. Heureusement que expédia à un service irréprochable vis à vis du client. Comme il n’y a rien sur le site ou presque, il faut prévoir nourriture et boissons si on arrive tard et surtout le café du matin car au snack bar du site à 2$50 la petite tasse , ça reste vite en travers de la gorge. A part ces petits désagréments, le site et les chambres sont très correctes. »

« Beautiful place compared to other beaches and places we visited in Saint Thomas. Condo is right on Sapphire Beach and view of ocean is amazing. Rooms are clean and very modern. Chairs are available. Pool could use upgrade. Concierge person was awesome, very friendly with all of our questions. Snorkeling was great, lots of fish and sea turtles. « We had a wonderful time staying in this condo at Sapphire Beach! It was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of places to sleep, linens, and cute decor. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with coffee and cooking in the kitchen. The location also cannot be beat- right next to our favorite beach! Very easy to head straight to the beach to snorkel or go to the pool. It is also very close to other great beaches, Red Hook, and the ferry to St. John. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back...
