"We stayed a week in Vittorias Suites. It was our second time. We were also there shortly after opening of the hotel. During our stay we also booked rooms for our friends. What was disappointing us the most was the lack of social behavior of the staff. Nobody is asking how you are doing; if you check out, no one asks how your stay was; our wishes you a safari salama. The whole staff can use a training on customer care. You dont feel welcome or appreciated. Rooms are quite ok. Big enough. If you have a room for two, it would be useful to have two cups and enough towels. Food was also good; except for the last eve; then the chef must have dropped the bottle of chilly into the spaghetti. Location of the hotel is good."
