'Zeer welkom ontvangst. Zeer luxe uitstraling en smaakvol ingericht. We hadden een probleem met onze hot tub en dat werd gemaakt en kregen een korting voor de eerste nacht. Zeer netjes geregeld dus. Kleine minpuntjes in onze kamer: de rookmelder bleef rood knipperen en de airco maakt met tussenpozen een brommend geluid. Dit hebben we zelf niet gemeld bij de receptie. Het stoorde ons niet echt. De locatie is perfect! Alles is op loopafstand. '

'The location was good. It was walkable to the stazione SML. Also it is right in the centro historico. At night restorants/Osterias/Trattorias are open. Also good that there is a E-step place. Most of our stay was actually based on how good the place was, but the accommodation by itself is poor. In the night i was afraid to go to the toilet. It is very old. So old, the saturday april 1 in the night of april 2nd it was raining. The windows couldn’t barely held it and there came water on the...

'Een ideale plek om Florence op een betaalbare wijze te ontdekken. Wij sliepen in een chalet op de camping waar we onze auto gratis konden parkeren. De chalet was klein maar prima omdat we er alleen wilden slapen. Hij was schoon en dat is voor ons een belangrijke voorwaarde. De camping heeft een shuttle bus naar de stad wat ideaal is. Verder prima faciliteiten zoals een schoon zwembad en een winkel. Ook mochten we eerder inchecken. Top verblijf! '

'The hotel looked very refurbished, but the room was the most noisiest room (127) we’ve ever stayed in. Every toilet or shower from the floor above sounded like a waterfall in the room and with the windows closed you could still hear every word that was being said outside. We asked for one coffee creamer for the tuin as it was not restocked, but the reacted not cooperative at all….'
