« Visiting in my own I stayed 3 nights at Prince Rupert. Fantastic location right in the centre. I had a lovely friendly welcome, the staff at the desk were very helpful. The room is nice, small but very clean tea/coffee making facilities, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Good breakfasts. I had a couple of dinners at the restaurant - very friendly, good food. My only complaint is the horrible Richard Claydermanish music in the restaurant! Thank you for my nice stay. »

« The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is that the dinner options weren’t that varied having said that the service was great. I didn’t have to wait long to be served. Also the internet in the room was constantly dropping so had to travel into Telford to attend a work related event. »

« This hotel is very much due a complete overhaul to bring it into the 21st century. It is generally dark without double glazing in the bedrooms which do not have good views. Have not eaten there so cannot comment on quality of the catering. »
