'This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. Wanted to stay at Jade mountain because of the room with the view etc but there was no availability so i choose LaDera. Nestled between the 2 piton mountains i dont regret it at all infact imo ets better than JM cause Ladera is right smack in the middle of the mountains. JM was far away from the pitons. 'The staff were friendly, very clean, very chill. The shuttle needs to be booked in advance but was very easy to change. Hummingbird needs to be booked in advance, lovely food. I would recommend booking excursions through the hotel. We did the 9-4pm Catamaran, brilliant. Thursday night BBQ, wonderful. All around laid back atmosphere. '
