'The property is nice and most of the staff members are lovely. One bad problem was mold in the air conditioning system which made us sick. The room cleaning itself was perfect. Some of the wait staff were very slow and did not seem to care. Others were lovely. One issue was overcooking fish so it became dry. In other restaurants it was not a problem. So it is not a St Lucia problem. '

'Property was great quite location between Castries and Rodney Bay. Close enough to both locations by car/taxi to explore, but not right in the action. Beach right on your doorstep, nice pool area, massage and dining available on property. Staff great and always kept room and common areas clean, even surprised us with a honeymoon fruit platter and balloons! Would highly recommend as a base to explore St Lucia if you enjoy your quiet time at the end of the day.'

'This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. '
