'Honestly the most enjoyable hotel stay in a long while. The hotel itself is great but the staff and the level of service is what makes this place stand head and shoulders above others. ALL of the staff from reception, to restaurant to the engineer who came to week our air con controls were just lovely and so efficient. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Thank you'

'On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came.
