« Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. »

« Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location. »

« A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay »

« Overall, a great stay despite the need for a little maintenance here and there. The location and views are amazing, and we didn't miss AC in the common area as the breeze flowed through beautifully. The host was very attentive when needed but otherwise we wouldn't have known he was right upstairs. The dogs were not an issue for us, they were very sweet.The rating for "Cleanliness" should more accurately be for "Maintenance" for minor things.
