'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). 'We loved the resort and the 7 heated pools. There was less chloride in the water that usual in The Netherlands which was very nice. The view, the space, the terras are wonderful. Everything looked beautiful but there were some parts of the pool that needed repairs because some of the paint had come of the bottom of the pool. We did not know is this was because of winter season or it was meant to be left like that but we would advise the staff to repair it, to make the hotel conditions from good...

'It is a nice and big resort hotel. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are all buffet style and of good quality. The bars are well managed and service is pretty good (eventhough not very swift) The in-house travel agency is a good spot to book a trip to the falls. 'The property was good. Everything needed was in the room, or you could request it if you needed to. staff were friendly and helpful. it was fantastic service. The only thing I would like the facility to improve is the check-in/check-out process. Although the reception staff were very friendly, kind, and professional, the service was very slow. It was slow to the point that it was very stressful and made many customers complain at both check-in and checkout. I hope they fix this by adding more...

'Ideaal voor een paar dagen. Op loopafstand van Braziliaanse kant van de watervallen en prachtig vogelpark. Die kun je samen in 1 dag bezoeken. De Argentijnse kant kun je beste met de taxi bezoeken. Ik heb dat met de bus gedaan, maar was 2.5 uur onderweg. Je hebt 215 pesos nodig voor de entree aan de Argentijnse kant, je kunt daar wel pinnen bij een atm. Of wisselen bij de grens. Ga ook in de speedboot, moet je extra voor betalen. Je wordt wel nat :-). Vind je een waterkrachtcentrale...

'Our stay at LAS Hotel Boutique was amazing, and my husband and I found ourselves not wanting to leave. The property itself is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed walking the grounds and seeing what animal/bird friends we may run into.
