'Hotel muito bom, mas a falta de pessoas para atender principalmente na área da piscina que deixou a desejar. Faltava toalhas, garçons coitado do unico atendente no bar. Na hora do check out solicitei a conta e só me foi cobrado a minha despesa. Depois de uns 10 minutos vieram me oerguntar quem iria pagar a despesas da minha esposa. Só rindo mesmo. A sorte deles que o Uber foi demorado.'

'Het hotel zou gebaat zijn met een opknapbeurt. In potentie een mooi hote qua architectuur en locatie maar kamers en faciliteiten zijn in minder goede staat en erg verouderd. Prima zwembad, middelmatige fitness. Goed ontbijt. Hotel is op de centraalste plek in het oude centrum van Asuncion. Grootste minpunt is dat de kamers niet heel schoon worden gehouden.'

'It was once 5 stars. Now is up to 4 OK. Room and breakfast fine. On their website they offer a welcome drink and free shuttle airport. But that is not true. Very rundown and unsafe neighborhood. You get much more value for money in the newer district of Asuncion.'
