"空港へのお迎えもスムーズでドライバーの方もいい人でした。 お部屋の洗濯機が使えなかったり、食器類が揃ってなかったり、椅子が壊れていたり、シャワーが壊れたり… 設備面で？？なところも多かったですが、お部屋は広く下にマーケットもあり便利でした フロントの方たちがフレンドリーで良かったです。"

"The room was booked and paid for through Expedia with receipts. They failed to check me in. I even asked to just start a new booking so I could at least go and sleep while he tried to work it out. In the end I had to go to another hotel."
