« The property is in a great location, the room was incredibly clean, great room updates, absolutely love the no carpet floors, can’t beat the location, staff was incredible including checking in to make sure all was well throughout the stay and they let me check in a little early which was incredibly helpful! Will def stay again! »

« We love this hotel. It has several restaurants. The rooms are really nice and everything is clean. The parking can be tough because you have to valet, so if you leave anything in your car, you have to wait for them to go get it. Other than that, we think it is perfection, and we have stayed here multiple times and will continue to. Just an FYI ... Parking is $35 per night and taxes were around $30 per night. . »

« This hotel was a great value. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the temperature control easy to use. My only negative is the shower head was low. If you're over about 5'7" you'll have to 'duck' to rinse your hair. I would stay again. »

« We came in to tour the college. Everyone was very friendly at the front desk. But we never got housekeeping done to our room. I had to call two times Finally at7:00 pm Sunday night someone brought a couple of towels. Our room when we got there was clean. But it is a noisy hotel. »

« This experience was a far sight better than the experience from across the road at the HI. The people were excellent. We met a young fella by the name of Matt. He is in college majoring in Hospitality. We wants to stay with the same company for 50 years!! I think he will do it. The evening food and drinks? « There is very limited parking for this hotel and the spaces are very small. It is a downtown hotel so expect road noise all night. Try to get a room on the back of the property. Easy walking distance to Neyland stadium. Staff is helpful. Good breakfast. »
