« Premier séjour à Bichkek, j'avais choisi cet hôtel qui semblait proche des principaux centres d'intérêt. Le taxi de/vers l'aéroport coûte 9 $ (500 Soum) et il faut une trentaine de minutes. Le taxi a eu du mal a trouver car l'hôtel est dans un coin isolé très sombre le soir qui pourrait sembler insécurisant à première vue mais au final, aucun danger. Accueil sympa en anglais. Chambres correctes et j'avais une grande baignoire (un de mes amis dans une autre chambre avait une douche). WIFI OK,...

« The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our one day stay. Museums, the mall, souvenir store, and good restaurants are within a 25-35 minute walk. The airport is about a 45 min drive. The breakfast buffet has made-to-order eggs and plenty of choices. »

« Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). « Hôtel très bien situé avec des transferts fiables pour l’aéroport compris dans le prix. Excellent petit déjeuner et personnel sympathique. Nous avions une chambre avec un grand lit et un sofabed pour 4 personnes. Le lit est confortable. »

« The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. »

« The front staff said they couldn't find my reservation. I told them the reservation number but they said they couldn't keep finding it. Eventually they said they would check later and gave me a room but it was very unpleasant. »

« I have mixed feelings about the hotel, the overall hotel is good however some of the staff are horrible! Encounter with horrible staff #1 when we checked in on June 4th Sunday at around 8pm the check in staff notified that I had to now pay extra for my daughter? I booked a double twin bed room for 2, the hotel even offered 2 person complimentary spa? And now out of the blue I have to pay this extra person charge?? Anyway I just paid to get in my room and not bother arguing with him anymore. ...
