'Great location, good amenities, beachtowels for the beach and free rental beachchairs and umbrellas. Nice pool, coolest bar in waikiki (Tiki's) and nice views from the rooms. Keana from the reception was a great help. She worked nightshifts when we arrived and gave us a nice room. Only one issue for us, the elevators can be slow. Sometimes it takes a while to get to your floor. Would recommend and would come back. Mahalo! '

'Stayed for one night while in Waikiki. Arrived late for check in but was greeted by friendly valet and front desk staff. The property is close and walkable to all the shops and dining that Waikiki has to offer. For being an Expedia VIP customer, I was given $25 parking credit. Was a nice perk when nightly parking is $55. Also received a voucher for complimentary breakfast at the Hawaiian Aroma Cafe. The food choices were great and were better than expected. We stayed in an ocean view room, but...

'Goede kamer met prima bedden en badkamer. Ontbijt is simpel, maar de locatie van het ontbijt, rond het zwembad, is vreselijk. Ook erg winderig. Liften (3) in kleine toren zijn snel en geen probleem.'

The staff is super kind and helpful; the auntie at concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. The parking garage could use a huge upgrade but is very conveniently placed for the hotel on Kuhio St. '

'Het was een prima complex. We hadden 2 verschillende kamers omdat we tussendoor een nachtje in Hana waren. De 2e kamer vonden we minder, het was een upgrade volgens de vrouw bij de receptie maar zo voelde het niet. In de aparte slaapkamer stond de airo naast je hoofd, niet te doen. Verder genoten van ons verblijf en van Maui. Erg om nu de nieuwsberichten te lezen over alle branden. '
