« Hot water did not came out. Wifi gets weak on and off. Only 2in1 soap is provided. Except for them, the staff was kind and friendly. Room and linens were clean despite being aged. Restaurant offers sufficient range of F&B. If fridge in the room is not turned off while the room is vacant, it was better as I could keep my own beverages cool. »

« superior king bed room was spacious and clean - kind of refurbished condition. breakfast was average - not much choices. access to the hotel lobby from the main entrance was terrible bcoz of steep staircase - not friendly at all to senior citizens, not convenient for luggage drop off etc. overall, considered okay for short stay. »
