« Une magnifique piscine et un endroit très calme au bord de l’eau. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant Maracas de l’hôtel. Nous sommes passé par l’hôtel pour réservé la visite de Lamanai. Le top. Le bateau est venu nous chercher endêvant l’hôtel et le guide Coconut Pit était incroyable. À recommander absolument. »

« one problem is the smell that permeates the air from a nearby sugar cane processing plant. It was very obnoxious, and drove us indoors. Loved the group meeting place, the yoga room, pool was indoors, but very nice. Excellent gym. comfortable and pleasant seating out of doors. Incredible staff »

« We arrived in the evening with another couple (we rented both Casitas) and there was only a key for one of them. Contacted the owner and they sent someone to bring the key to the other Casita about an hour later. The Casita had not been cleaned and we had to wait for it to be cleaned before we could bring our bags in. Needless to say after a long day of travel sitting in the covered porch area waiting for hours was frustrating. The Casita and grounds were as described. The Casita's themselves...

« Une expérience plutôt mauvaise. Nous sommes arrivés et la boîte à clé était vide, sans clés. Heureusement que la voisine était présente et a pu appeler la propriétaire, pour régler le problème, sinon nous aurions été seuls en pleine nuit au milieu d’un endroit que nous ne connaissions pas, qui plus est avec un bébé. La maison était plutôt sale, avec un éclairage très faible, aucune vitre et seulement des moustiquaires, qui malheureusement étaient pleines de trous. Le wi-fi n’a jamais fonctionné....

« There is a lot of care put into the upkeep of this house, it’s incredibly clean, it’s beautifully appointed and quite welcoming. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and the house. I was in contact with Terry throughout the stay, any questions were answered immediately. They also offer tours, we did not take advantage of this simply because we had plans set already. « On a whim, we chose to splurge and stay at the chial reserve Villa because it looked beautiful, and once we were there, we immediately called them and booked another night. The villa was incredible, absolutely immaculate! The gounds keepers and staff sooo friendly and helpful! The home was qiuet and stunningly beautiful and private with the most awesome views and sounds of nature, and who would not appreciate their own private pool!
