'Our stay at Pratap Mahal in November, 2023 was really very nice. What made the stay very special was that, the hotel which is surrounded by hills had a very serene and relaxing vibe. 'Overall the hotel was decent for the area and convenient for our travels tourist places around. The staff was friendly and cooperative as well. Family room that I booked was spacious however a bit over priced for that area. The hot/ freshly made breakfast items were good like dosa, chole kulcha. 'Very nice hotel for a good value. Friendly service, comfortable and nice rooms, everything in great working order. Two terrific options for meals, and the pool and cabanas are lovely—the perfect way to while away a few hours in the afternoon. It’s also a very easy, 10-minute walk into town.'

'Room is not maintained, dirty sanitary and toilet. Old linen. Old towel I paid online, staff argued I have not paid money and adamant to charge again. Room was opposite to room in construction. Was close to where Pvt party was going on and hence noise and could not sleep.'
