'Nice boutique hotel with only 8 suites / rooms in property of the owners (parents + daughter who manages the hotel). It feels as though you're staying with them. And they are very nice as is the staff. Obviously, it is not a traditional hotel, so you can't walk to the reception like that as there is not always someone there. However, the owners live on the property in case of an emergency. And whenever I needed something I emailed the manager (daughter) in the morning and things were mostly done...

'Conveniently located near the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were basic but very clean. Good restaurant at reasonable prices. Breakfast was included and more than OK. Next stay in Port-au-Prince will definitely be again in the VIsa Lodge. '

'I can not blame the property because I was the only guest at the hotel.The neighborhood is unsafe.I would be better to keep this property off your hotels selection.Only one hour of running electricity.'
