« We were looking for places to stay up near Cascade and Devils head for the weekend and stumbled across this gem. This place was amazing! About a 30 minute drive to Cascade and 50 minute drive to Devils head, making both perfectly manageable. Easy close access to grocery stores as well. The property itself had everything you could ask for in a getaway, cute stream running through, fireplace, charcoal grill, trails and more! Inside the house there was plenty of beds to sleep in, great VHS movie...

« We arrived to a clean and homey cabin. It was in a perfectly secluded and peaceful location. There are lots of little bars around if you feel like getting out and about. We wish we could have stayed longer, and look forward to visiting again! »

« Very well kept. The hospitality was felt. It is winter so less to do than summer but still a lot to do in the area. Point of the trip was to break the cabin fever. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the cold weather. »

« I have rented on this lake the last 4 years. This place is a better fit for my family. It's safer. More railings, steps to pier and into lake are not so steep and have railings. Maybe a face washcloth in each bathroom would be nice. Also extra toilet paper in each bath would be nice. The holder in the master bath is coming koose from the wall. I honestly didn't do it. I noticed when I was changing the roll. Hope to rent for many years to come.downstairs »

« All of the outdoor activities is really what makes this place great. There are so many walking trails and neat little buildings to explore. Kids would love it. Lots of outdoor games. The fire pit is awesome. Best part for us was the hot tub. The inside of the house was very clean. It is very dated but is part of the charm. The outposts and buildings were neat but needed a thorough cleaning. I imagine it’s hard to keep up with the spiderwebs. Overall a neat place with lots to do. »

« The Mason Lodge was the most perfect place for our large family to vacation together! The property was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable. Loved having access to an ice maker! The outside space was so nice to gather and there were many outdoor games to choose from. We also took advantage of renting paddle boats for the day so we could fish on the lake. The location was perfect! Only 20 min to try Dells. Foxys bar is a must stop, which is right next door. Would love to stay again...

« We had a wonderful time staying at this top notch home on the lake. Great location for a weekend trip to Nordic Mountain. Fully stocked kitchen for meal prep and plenty of space for all to sleep comfortably. Owners’ communication was quick and responsive. We highly recommend! »

« We can into Briggsville from all over the Midwest for few days of fun and relaxation. The Bent Beam BARn was simply AWESOME!! We enjoyed games in the big yard, sat around the campfire every night. We cooked out on the grill that was provided. The lower level game room is fantastic! It layout of the Barn is well planned out with plenty of room for everyone. You can tell Matt and crew spent a lot of time make this place a destination. ALL THUMBS UP!! Check it out. »
