'The overall property was in poor condition. The hotel needs a remodel. My room was clean but the bathrooms need to be gutted and start over. Floors and carpet are worn with cracked tiles In The bathroom. They had issues with their wifi for most of the weekend. This hotel just needs a facelift. '

'This property is such a wonderful alternative to the usual chain facilities. It's right on the river and set on a nicely landscaped property. We didn't opt for a room with a river view, but there were plenty of public spaces to enjoy the view. We loved the library. It was very quiet when we were there - few guests, between weddings. The breakfast is at the sister facility a short walk down the street. We found a charming coffee shop nearby as well, Urban Bean. The big oak trees and blooming...

'Quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable, easy access, friendly neighborhood, quick responses from management, plenty towels and a privacy fence that blocks out the rest of the world. Can't wait to come back. Any previous negative reviews, have since been addressed. '
