« LOVED the cabin but it was a bummer our stove didnt work. We changed our plans (ordered pizzs)so we could eat but it was an inconvenience. A heads up ahead of time would have been nice so we knew to plan to not use the oven and stove. A discount for our inconvenience may have been a nice touch since we couldnt cook at all. Otherwise, we LOVE the resort and it was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for our family getaway. »

« Very nice accommodations. The staff was impeccable and all deserved top wage. They went above and beyond for our family. Providing snacks and care when we had to stay extra because our family wasn't feeling well. The pool area was very nice and breakfast was great. My only complaints were that we beds were very uncomfortable and there are a musty ammonia smell in the corner of our room when I think wet towels had been left at one point previously. Overall I would definitely stay again just...

« We had prepaid. When we arrived to the property we thought we had booked, there was no record of our reservation. The contact phone number on the reservation was not accurate, it was some guy's personal number in Los Angeles. For Hotels/Expedia Help, had to first go through AI Chat, then some unhelpful chat with a guy named "Christian" who disconnected me without my problem being resolved but did give me a "1-800" number to call. The call was awful, had to go through many unrelated menus...
