'I booked this hotel after speaking to the receptionist whom assumed me that the indoor pool was heated and the room was 85°. That was not true. The room was cold and the water was average, I did get in but couldn't stay long because the room itself was cool. I called the front desk to ask if they could adjust the heat and bring some fresh towels, he said yes but after 45 minutes no one came. Thank god i brought a towel from my room or i would have froze. '
